Our ANIfit delivery service is a convenient way to get your favourite food automatically delivered at self-selected intervals and quantities. At the same time, collect loyalty points that offer you attractive benefits and rewards.
Individual delivery rhythm
You announce your desired delivery rhythm and automatically get the desired products delivered to your home. Delivery rhythm examples: monthly, every 6 weeks, every 3 months, on the first of each month or every 25 days.
Flexible
Of course, you can change the rhythm and composition of your delivery at any time. For example, if you are on holiday abroad, simply let us know and we will suspend the delivery for this period of time. Or do you live somewhere else for a few months? We are happy to deliver your Anifit package to another location (within Austria and Germany).
No obligations
Our Anifit delivery service is a convenient way to get your favourite food automatically delivered at self-chosen intervals and quantities. If your delivery request changes, a message to us or the change in the customer portal is sufficient and we will change the quantity, the interval or terminate the delivery service. Very simple and free for you! For organisational reasons, however, it is necessary that we are notified of any changes to your desired delivery at least seven days before the next delivery. Otherwise, your goods are already packed and delivery can no longer be stopped.
Loyalty points
You will receive our loyalty points with every delivery in the (automatic) delivery service: Order value between 45 and 60 Euro: 3 loyalty points Order value from 60 Euro: 7 loyalty points Each additional 60 Euro Order value: 7 loyalty points Example: Shopping 50 Euro = 3 Loyalty points Purchase 210 Euro = 21 Loyalty Points
Delivery
You can cancel your current delivery service in the customer portal (logged in) or here (without login). Upcoming deliveries can be cancelled at any time as long as shipping has not yet begun by the desired date. Depending on the number of days off (weekends, holidays), shipping can be started up to seven days before the planned delivery date.
